I started using MyPunchbowl.com back in May. I was planning a big Kindergarten graduation party for Zander, slated in mid-July. I was able to add in all my contacts, and sent them all a request to help pick a date. Once we selected the date, I was able to set everything up: Who would bring what potluck sidedish, the times, and everything was getting set in motion. I was organized and ready to go.

Then the inevitable happened: Our church planned a dinner for the exact same time and date as Zander's graduation party. I was crushed. But, I was easily able to contact everyone in my address book and let them know the party was off.

The whole process, from beginning to end was so easy. I was able to keep track of which of my contacts had opened the invitations. I could easily contact everyone on the invite list all at once, and I could remove those who weren't going to be able to make it.
