When I originally signed up to be a part of this blog tour with Mom Central, I wasn't pregnant, and didn't expect to become pregnant. I was really looking forward to testing out the SAM-e and improving my mood. (I know my husband was really looking forward to it too. Instead, now he gets to deal with pregnancy hormones all over again.) :)
I spoke with my doctor about taking the SAM-e while pregnant, and while she didn't see any cause for concern or alarm, she asked that I hold off until after the baby is born. I have very difficult pregnancies and am already considered high risk, so she didn't want to add anything else to my daily vitamin and supplement regimen besides my prenatal vitamin, folic acid, and DHA - all things that have been proven to help the baby develop. (And, guess what? All of my vitamins and supplements that I'm taking are from Nature Made. They're the brand I trust most.) I agreed with her concerns, and so did Mom Central and Nature Made.So, I can't give you a review of this product. I really, really wish I could. I've been wanting to try this! I almost bought some the other day. I wish you could have tried it out to say if it really helped you but I agree that you should wait!
I learned that it's a natural way to a healthy mood.
