Happy Birthday to Me! (And a Giveaway for YOU!) - CLOSED

Today, I turn 32. A couple of years ago, I had a major freak-out on my blog about turning 30. And, frankly, since I've turned 30, things have started going downhill.
But, I am determined not to dwell on the fact that I am getting older and let it get me down. God has given me another year on this earth, and even though I've failed him, (many times), I can use this birthday to start fresh and serve Him even more.
Today, as I celebrate by sleeping in and then spending the rest of the day with my family, I wanted to continue the tradition started last year where I give a gift to one of you!
I'm giving one of you the chance to win a gorgeous Lia Sophia Raspberry Splash Necklace valued at $98!
Last year, the giveaway ended at 11:59pm the same day. Since my schedule has changed, and I'm no longer up at that time, I'm going to make the giveaway last 1 week. I will also be giving you unlimited entries, but you need to do a couple of things for me first.
Here's how we'll play:
To Enter
1. You MUST follow my blog in someway: Subscribe via email, subscribe via reader, follow via google friend connect, or follow via networked blogs. Your first comment MUST tell me how you follow. I will verify this information, so be honest.
2. You MUST spread the word about this contest: You can tweet it on twitter, post a link on facebook, or email a friend (and copy me in on the email: angie {at} 5vinezmonkeys.com). Your second comment MUST tell me how you spread the word, and you must leave a link if you posted via twitter or facebook. (If you state that you emailed and I do not receive a copy of the email, you will not win the prize.) And, don't worry, I will never, ever email your contacts. I just want to make sure those who don't use twitter or facebook can still play along and enter to win. Again, this information will be verified.
That's it! Once you've done those 2 things, you get unlimited entries. Now all you have to do is leave a comment. You can leave as many as you want, and you can talk about anything you want.
There are a couple of rules, though, to these unlimited entries. After all, it is my birthday, and I get to decide how we play!:
- You *must* post a sentence. No single words, no letters. It can be as short as "Hi, Mom!" or as long as you want to make it, but it must be a sentence.
- You may not post twice in a row. Someone else has to post before you can post again.
- You may not post the same sentence twice.
- No swearing, bashing, or just plain being mean.
The giveaway will close Saturday, July 10th at 11:59pm. I'll select a winner via random.org and will announce it on Sunday, July 11th. (Winner will have until 9am on Tuesday, July 13th to claim their prize. I will NOT be emailing the winner directly. They must check back here to see if they've won, or subscribe via email to have the winning announcement post delivered to their inbox. Sorry, but we're still playing by my rules!)

I think to many people fret about age, I'm 54 and liked every birthday. I feel the best ever, but you can't expect to be the same as 20/30/40. Each year is different but good.

On my birthday I did a small giveaway similar to your Angie. I took 2 pairs of my jeans (never worn before) and I gave them as a gift to my 2 very good friends which are skinnier than me (because of I gained 3 kg during last winter.:-).
